Building a home can be stressful and tedious. Without the right building partner, you may look back on the process with regret. That will not happen with Discovery House Homes. Let’s meet in person so we can share our unique process with you—how we make each step in your custom home build simple, fun, and efficient. We’ll also take the time to learn more about your mountain living dreams. Many builders avoid talking about price and refuse to answer financial related questions which is not the case with us. Bring any and all questions so we can have an open and transparent conversation. You will leave with a better understanding of the building process and answers to all of your questions.

Price transparency starts the first time we meet with a detailed budget discussion. Once we have completed the design of your Discovery House Home, we will start the formal pricing process. At the conclusion of this stage, you will receive a fixed cost price along with a detailed outline of all specifications and allowances for your move-in ready home.

No games, no surprises, and no “gotcha” moments. At Discovery House Homes, we use a fixed cost contract with allowances which limits your financial risk and protects you against market price fluctuations. After the contract is approved, we begin ordering materials, obtain all necessary permits, and start construction within approximately 60 days. It is now time to build your Discovery House Home!
